These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the registration and listing of hotels on the Pillowo.com
platform, operated by Pillowo Enterprises ("Pillowo", "we", "us", "our"). By
registering on pillowo.com, the hotel partner agrees to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Hotel / Hotel Partner: Any individual hotel, homestay, serviced apartment, or
accommodation provider authorized to list rooms on pillowo.com.
- Platform: The online hotel booking platform available at https://www.pillowo.com.
- Customer: Any end user who books accommodation through the Platform.
2. Scope & Applicability
These Terms apply to all hotels registering, listing, and selling room inventory on pillowo.com.
These Terms form part of the overall commercial understanding between Pillowo and the Hotel Partner.
In case of conflict with any separately executed written agreement, such agreement shall prevail.
Pillowo may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms shall be effective from the date
published on the Platform.
3. Eligibility & Registration Requirements
To register and list on pillowo.com, the Hotel Partner must submit accurate and valid documents,
including but not limited to:
- Bank Account Details
- PAN Card
- Aadhaar / Authorized Signatory ID
- GST Certificate (if applicable)
- Property Address Proof
- Hotel Registration Certificate
Pillowo reserves the right to verify documents and may request additional information to ensure
compliance with applicable laws.
4. Listing & Inventory Model (No Advance Purchase)
- Pillowo does not purchase or pre-buy room inventory from hotels.
- All room nights are listed on a pay-per-booking basis only.
- Payments to the Hotel Partner arise only after a confirmed customer booking.
- Unsold room inventory carries no financial obligation for either party.
5. Non-Exclusivity
- Hotel Partners are free to list and sell rooms on other OTAs, direct channels, or offline
channels.
- Registration on pillowo.com does not require exclusivity.
6. Pricing & Availability
- Hotel Partners are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing, room availability, amenities,
and policies on the Platform.
- Pillowo may display promotional prices, offers, or discounts with prior consent or as part of
platform-led campaigns.
7. Commission & Fees
- Pillowo charges a commission on confirmed and consumed bookings.
- The applicable commission percentage will be communicated at the time of registration or
onboarding.
- No commission is charged on cancelled or no-show bookings, subject to the cancellation policy
selected by the Hotel Partner.
8. Payments & Settlement
- Payments shall be settled to the Hotel Partner after guest check-out, subject to reconciliation.
- Pillowo may adjust commissions, refunds, chargebacks, or applicable taxes before settlement.
- All payments are made to the registered bank account of the Hotel Partner.
9. Hotel Responsibilities
Hotel Partners agree to:
- Honor all confirmed bookings received via pillowo.com
- Provide safe, legal, and hygienic accommodation
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and central laws
- Ensure accurate property content, images, and descriptions
- Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or malicious activities
10. Platform Usage & Access
- Login credentials provided by Pillowo are confidential and must not be shared.
- Hotels must not misuse the Platform, upload harmful content, or attempt to interfere with
platform systems.
- Any suspected misuse or security breach must be reported immediately to Pillowo.
11. Suspension & Delisting
Pillowo reserves the right to suspend or delist a hotel in cases including but not limited to:
- Repeated customer complaints
- Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
- Violation of applicable laws
- Breach of these Terms
12. Limitation of Liability
Pillowo acts as a booking facilitation platform only and shall not be liable for:
- Hotel service quality or on-property incidents
- Acts or omissions of Hotel Partners or Customers
- Indirect or consequential damages
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts at
Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
